Getting Help

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering how everyone else’s experience/success with therapy has been?

 

The phenomenal therapist i saw while i was in college i can no longer see because i am not a student anymore. I haven’t seen anyone in like two years and finally found someone i really like that also works with DBT and CBT which is awesome.

When i was in highschool i would bounce around theapist to therapist every few months and never found anyone stable until college. I definitely feel a lot better knowing i can talk openly to someone who gets it.
